Carnival at Navy Pier

This summer my mom had a conference in Chicago and one night there was an evening event in the Navy Pier ballroom.
They had made the entire ballroom into a carnival for adults! Plus there was a "taste of Chicago" like buffet with all the "staples" - Pizza, Hotdogs, Italian Beef, Cheesecake, etc.
