For our 1.5 year anniversary we headed to NoMI at the Park Hyatt to use up my $70 in points that were about to expire. This Chicago gem did not disappoint - the food, view, and service were all first team!
We split a bowl of the delicious asparagus bisque with rhubarb and goat cheese.
Cheese and cured meat creeper!
The gold standard by which we will now judge all charcuterie platters...

We were both too full to eat my amazing dinner...but the cherry cranberry pie was amazing!
