San Diego Bound!

When I learned that Needtobreathe was playing in San Diego on 7/11 I off course made plans to go...with Sean, former SD resident in tow!

7/11 - National Slurpee Day!

Little did I know that it was also the weekend of Comic Con....crazy comic convention!



Sean and I headed to Pacific Beach....I had no idea he loved the ocean so much!

PwCGivesBack - Chicago Eco House

One of my favorite days at PwC is Earn Your Future day...or Volunteer Day!  There are many volunteer opportunities to choose from and the firm encourages you to be out helping for the day.  It kicks off with a nice breakfast and ends with a Happy Hour.

I led a team at the Chicago Eco House...which is led by two good friends - Hannah and Quilen Blackwell.

We started with a plot of land....

....made plots for vegetables....

...planted....

...broke for lunch....

...were inspired by Quilen and Pastor Grant....

...and ended with half of the plot planted!!

Huge success!!!
