YAY! The long weekend finally occured where Cecilia and I were reunited. Cecilia and her wonderful husband Gustavo moved to Copenhagen shortly after I did and we have many fun memories from our time there. Also...Cecilia and I took a
girl's trip to Brugge and Amsterdam that was ridiculously fun!
Cecilia was taking a summer course at Sotheby's in NYC...so my favorite Brazilians (from Southern Brazil of course!) came to visit for a long weekend. First up was the Architectural River Tour - a must for anyone visiting Chicago.
And we were off!
Gustavo recently got a new camera and he took hundreds...maybe thousands...of pictures throughout the trip...so get ready!
There were a couple times where Cecilia was able to steal the camera away from Gu!
While on the tour the docent mentioned the lookout booth in the Sears Tower...it took Gustavo about 2 seconds to decide that is where he wanted to go next. En route I showed them Chicago's finest Picasso...

And then we had to take a break to go inside and escape from the heat for a few hours before the fun continued...
